14-Day Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original packaging.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us: Email our support team at [Din E-postadress] with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address to our fulfillment center in Germany.
Return Costs: As a small boutique brand, we do not currently cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for the return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
